These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by CORTAVEST TECH SL, a company incorporated in Spain with CIF B26840917, registered address at Carrer de la Marina, 89, 08013 Barcelona, Spain (hereinafter "the Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By placing an order or engaging our services, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

The Company provides web development, programming, mobile application development, UI/UX design, SEO, digital marketing, and IT consulting services as described in our service catalog.

All services are provided on a project basis or hourly rate as agreed in writing prior to commencement. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be set out in a separate project agreement or proposal.

We reserve the right to decline any project at our sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

Orders are accepted via our website or by written agreement. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed project agreement or written acceptance by both parties.

Payment terms are as specified in the project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit of 50% of the total project value is due before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and delivery.

All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Spanish VAT (IVA) will be applied where required by law.

Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate applicable under Spanish law. We reserve the right to suspend work on any project where payment is overdue by more than 14 days.

Upon receipt of full payment, the Client receives full ownership of all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for their project, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Company retains the right to use open-source libraries, frameworks, and third-party components subject to their respective licences. The Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with any third-party licence terms.

The Company retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing prior to project commencement.

The Client agrees to provide all necessary materials, content, access credentials, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by the Client may result in revised timelines and additional charges.

The Client warrants that any materials provided to the Company do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

The Company warrants that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We will correct any defects in our work reported within 30 days of delivery at no additional charge.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability to the Client shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.

The Company may terminate immediately if the Client breaches these Terms and Conditions or fails to make payment when due.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
